Behavior Technician Qualifications:

High School Diploma.

Ability to work a minimum of 12-15 hours/week.

Must possess a valid California Driver License, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transpiration.

Ability to work well with children, adolescents and adults.

Must be a team player with the ability to acquire new skills and expand upon existing skills.

Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written; ability to do the same in Spanish or another language is a plus.

40 hour RBT training completed.

Enrollment in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) program or hold a BCaBA certification.

Experience in the implementation of Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), or other ABA-based programs.

Ability to work well with children, adolescents and adults.

Must possess a valid California Driver License, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transpiration.

Must be a team player with the ability to acquire new skills and expand upon existing skills.

Must demonstrate initiative and independence, combined with the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written; ability to do the same in Spanish or another language is a plus.
Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:
